Shipping
Catistic only use reliable and World-renowned delivery services. Every product will be shipped out in the best condition with a tracking number. Catistic shall not be responsible for any shipping damages or losses. Availability
In stock quantities appears on each product indicate the number of products which can be shipped out within 1-3 days. Custom made will ship out within 1-2 weeks.
Price & Payment

Returns & Exchanges
Your shopping experience is very important to us. CATISTIC offers 100% refund within 5 days after you receive the product, excluding shipping fees. Refund will be returned after we checked the product is unused and in the same condition as before shipped. Buyer responsible for the return shipping fees and tracking number required. Custom made products are nonrefundable.
